Canterbury, NH - Quaint, quiet, and convenient - 3/28/2009
Living in Canterbury means having the best of all worlds. Shopping in Concord and Tilton is close by. The town's residents keep the town quaint, and without industry by their choice so it is peaceful and even old fashioned in nature. The town center is the quintessential new england town with the white buildings, church spire, and the always fantastic Canterbury Country Store -- complete with the town Post Office inside. Ted the postmaster is everything you would want your local NH postmaster to be - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist.

Not to be missed is the Canterbury Farmer's market held every Wed. during the summer and fall. How about all our own local products -- Granite Ledge Coffee, Fox's Smoke House, Hutchinson's Maple Syrup, and, best of all, Hackleboro Orchards for Read More
